If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to finish an approved boating safety course before operating any boat with a motor of 10 horsepower or more:

Jet ski passenger capacity
Our jet skis hold up to 3 passengers, per manufacturer limits and Florida rules.
Always follow the capacity label on each watercraft
Safety reminders
Operators born on or after 1/1/1988 must carry proof of their boating course while operating.
All passengers should wear properly fitted PFDs.
Follow local and state navigation rules, speed zones, and no-wake areas.
Never operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Ages 14 - 17 can operate with a parent/guardian. They will still be required to get the boating license.
